Abstract
The following chapter lists all instruments which are important for vitrectomy and especially which are available in 27G. The knowledge of the instruments and the material are of vital importance of a successful surgery. I recommend also to search regularly the websites of the major companies for novel products within small-gauge vitrectomy and 27G.
