Abstract
The following chapter describes the surgical management of ocular trauma. The following case reports are structured according the ocular anatomy: They begin with the cornea and end with the retina—corneal perforation, traumatic cataract, aniridia operated with artificial iris, traumatic mydriasis operated with iridoplasty, aphakia, traumatic PVR detachment and much more.
