Abstract
This Brief focused on HetNets, which have been treated here as a promising technology that is capable of satisfying the stringent requirements that are expected for future 5G networks. This Chapter recaps the main concepts, methodologies and approaches that have been introduced in the preceding Chapters, and then critically outlines the evolutionary trends and challenges of HetNet technology.
