Abstract

Injection laryngoplasty (IL) is a surgical technique, that has been practiced from several years alternatively to framework surgery. A specific material is infused into a vocal fold to treat different kinds of pathologies, such as monolateral laryngeal paralysys, unilateral or bilateral cordal atrophy, or to correct an unfavorable anatomic condition after pregress surgery (cordectomy or partial laryngectomy).
