Abstract

This paper presents the technique of comprehensive decision making support in territory management based on estimation of current state of the territory and formation of control actions. In order to provide the decision preparation support the author proposes a method of wellbeing level estimation that allows to calculate a wellbeing index taking into account various aspects of vital activity. In order to provide the intellectual support of decision formation the author comes up with a model of generation of the control recommendations.
