Abstract
Why worry about anything that happens if in radical multiverse theory everything will play out anyway in some universe? Why should you care about the universe of the you you, except for the destiny of the you you and the loved ones of the you you? Peter Singer has suggested that our moral obligations are independent of the emotional proximity of the Other. This is wrong. It is embedded in the human psyche that emotional proximity matters. Hence the universe the you you lives in matters more to that you than any other universe. Therefore you as you must seek to make sure that your universe is in the best possible state, because this universe still matters more to you than some parallel universe.
