Abstract
Breast deformities due to ligamentous bands following surgery and/or radiotherapy can be treated percutaneously reducing morbidity of flap elevation. Structural fat grafting following parenchymal tethering and constriction bands releasing, improves breast contours and it represents a minimally invasive, incisionless alternative to traditional surgery thus avoiding further scarring. The technique consists in extensive percutaneous aponeurotomy that completely releases the cords from the dermis of the scarred breast. This produces in a loosened tissue, which is then grafted with autologous lipoaspirate in the same operation.
