Abstract

In order to do any job you need the proper tools. Businesses are always supported by IT, which tries to provide the needed tools. The problem is that businesses are constantly changing, so business experts are always forced to request IT to change their business software applications. IT development is time consuming and there is always the risk that the application will never be used, because by the time the development finishes the business environment has changed. A question arises if the business experts can create their own applications, saving development costs and adapting the business faster. A solution is to use the latest technology provided by Intelligent Business Process Management Suites. This paper will augment the need for end-user business application development using these powerful intelligent systems.
