Abstract
The paper presents project management and approach to a complex computer program for tracking production for determining the traceability of a product, transmission of technological information and collecting instantaneous and final data for the fabrication of the product. Usage of this system brings about a raise in productivity, a reduction in the production costs and improvement of product quality through increasing the degree of conscientiousness in the worker. The leaders of the industrial society thus have the status of the fabrication process at hand at any moment. Each workplace allows access to the necessary data for production and imposes introduction of the process data. I also created the conditions for increasing the automation of production by eliminating bottlenecks and automating them.
