Abstract
An investigatory study was made of the curricula of seven institutions offering travel-tourism courses, one in Africa, one in Canada, three in Europe and two in the United States. This was supplemented by personal interviews with faculty, directors, students and on-site inspections. It was found that there were similarities in the American institutions, however, all others were quite different. This resulted in the development of a model course of study in Travel-Tourism Administration.
