Abstract

In this Chapter, entities that cannot be classified among one of the categories that are presented in the other Chapters are discussed. They are the following: desmoplastic fibroma, non-ossifying fibroma, melanotic neuroectodermal tumor of infancy, myoepithelioma of bone, chordoma, and epitheloid hemangioendothelioma. These lesions have been selected for this Chapter because they play a role in the differential diagnosis of other bone neoplasms occurring in the maxillofacial skeleton or because they are unique for this site.
