Abstract
The Burdenko Method is a unique and comprehensive program of water and land exercises in conjunction with traditional and alternative, medicines, which is designed to comprehensively re-build the human body and to return it to a healthy state. It uses a unique philosophy and methodology developed from over 50 years of research and anecdotal personal experience with the singular goal of controlling and reducing pain. Utilizing these techniques allows for each individual to take control over pain and to increase participation in their recovery.
