Abstract

Software Development Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are considered an important worldwide piece in the software development industry. In this context it is important to guarantee the quality of their process to help them getting quality products. Unfortunately, most of the time implement improvements in SMEs become a path full of obstacles almost impossible to achieve. Most of the time, this situation arises because the lack of knowledge of where to start. In order to provide a solution, this paper shows a framework that allows organization to analyze their needs, features and the way they work, so that, it is possible to identify their main problems and to provide a guide to start an improvement.
