Abstract

It is a good practice to start the description of any modeling and simulation approach with an outline of the class of systems for which it is best suited. Business systems are the focus of modeling and simulation approach presented in this book. The approach is based on two notions of interaction. The first notion is an interaction as a pair of a requirement and its executable model. The second notion is an interaction as a pair of an event and the corresponding model reaction.
