Abstract
The following chapter describes the surgery of especially difficult cases. They have an attached posterior hyaloid and a vitreous hemorrhage. First, a case without PVD and without PRP is presented, and second a case with severe intraoperatively bleeding is also presented. All steps are visualized with photographs and videos.
