Abstract
A 49-year-old female presented with brownish-red lesions on her chest that had been morphologically changing over the past 4 months. She also requested that several skin growths be removed as they had been bothersome over the past 5 years. The patient was taking the following medications at time of service: Mupirocin 2 % topical cream, Cephalexin 500 mg oral capsule.
