Abstract
A 37-year-old male presented with lesions on his inferior left arm that he mentioned had increased in size after starting on HIV medications 2 months prior. The patient also presented with a full body coverage of mildly scaly and pruritic erythematous rash. The patient was positive for HIV and Hepatitis C, but had no known allergies. The patient did mention depressive episodes and weakness. The patient was on the following medications: Amitriptyline HCl 25 mg oral tablet, Hydroxyzine HCl 50 mg oral tablet, Melatonin 1 mg oral tablet, Fluconazole 200 mg oral tablet, Folic Acid 0.8 mg oral tablet, Ritonavir 100 mg oral tablet, Tenofovir/emtricitabine 200 mg-300 mg oral tablet, and Darunavir 800 mg oral tablet.
