Abstract

This chapter covers images of splenic lesion showing extramedullary hematopoiesis, coccidioidomcosis, sarcoid, lyphoma and infarcation. Adrenal lesions include pheochromocytoma, adrenocortical carcinoma, metastasis, myelolipoma and hemorrhage. All these lesions present as acute symptoms. Typical findings help differentiate the disease processes.
