Abstract
This chapter shows images of acute and chronic GB changes from stones, inflammation and how to differentiate gas from stones by US. Various neoplasms of the biliary tract are also shown. Extrabiliary liver has images of various infection and rare images of rupture of HCC and other liver masses including congenital lesions and unusual images of metastasis.
