Abstract
A 17-year-old male presented with dyspnea on exertion (functional class I) and a systolic murmur at the lower sternal border. Transthoracic echocardiography revealed an atrial septal defect (ASD) (ostium secundum type) with the Qp/Qs of 2 and the systolic peak arterial pressure of 40 mmHg.
