Abstract
In order to create a safe and sustainable postmining landscape in the Lusatian lignite mining area dynamic compaction methods at great depths of about 65 m are required. This involves extremely high technical demands on the applied vibro-compaction (VC) methods. These include the vibro-flotation (VF) and a vibro-displacement method (VD).
