Abstract

This study is being discussed in order to strengthen and secure communications services revenues as a strategy for survival among fierce competition in the telecom services market. Telecommunications companies are experienced in connecting a variety of information, as well as providing various types of data storage. Due to the advent of Big Data era, analysis and utilization of data has emerged as an important issue. Therefore, telecommunications companies have to develop new service and achieve excellence for consumers by utilizing internal data they collect so they can increase profit. In the past, companies underwent internal utilization, but utilizing data sets in the external phase has recently begun. Ultimately, revenue should be obtained through the data and a variety of analyses by providing services directly to consumers. The carriers’ revenue growth factor leads to a reduction in call charges for consumers. At the same time, Big Data can lead to market growth.
