The EP from HD Effective Mass Super Lattices of Optoelectronic Materials

Abstract

This chapter explores the EP from QW, NW and QB of HD effective mass superlattices. We have also studied the magneto EP from QW HD effective mass superlattices. The EP from the said structures changes with degeneracy, wave length, nano thickness and intensity in different oscillatory manners with various numerical magnitudes which are totally band structure dependent. This chapter contains 17 open research problems.
