Abstract

A method for multiresolution wavelet decomposition of pulse wave signal in the presence of motion artifacts is described. The problem of choosing optimal parameters of denoising pulse wave signal from motion artifacts is discussed. Optimal parameters of pulse wave signal wavelet filtration are defined by using the criterion of minimal biosignal distortion after filtering by comparison with a model signal free of motion artifacts.
