Abstract
How often have you observed a more senior resident in his clean, pressed, white lab coat, with his pens and little flashlights arranged neatly in the lapel pocket, his tie precisely placed, his hospital badge appropriately and very visibly showing, his stethoscope just peeking out of his pocket so that everybody knows he is a doctor, searching among many different pieces of crumbled paper in his pockets? Medicine is a rather orderly avocation, and any hint of disorganization gives the overall impression of confusion and sloppiness, and can be dangerous. A device that helps you to organize your life and your job must be at your fingertips at all times.
Order marches with weighty and measured strides.
Disorder is always in a hurry.
