Abstract
Mentoring students, interns, residents, and fellows is an enriching, enlightening, and satisfying avocation, made possible to only a few of us fortunate enough to be permitted to work with today’s bright and dedicated physicians of the future. I am certain that I can take the liberty of speaking for all of us mentors and advisors, and for you as well, the mentors of tomorrow, who will be the standard torchbearers of learning, teaching, researching, and practicing the flower of all professions….MEDICINE.
