Abstract
In this chapter we include phytochemical contents of wild edible vegetables of Lesser Himalayas-Pakistan. First section of this chapter comprises standard analytical methods, which we used for preliminarily assessment of phytochemicals such as total phenolics, total flavonoids, flavonols, and ascorbic acid contents of vegetable samples. In the second section phytochemical contents of each wild vegetable are given, while in the last part comparative assessment of phytochemical contents, statistical distribution parameters, and correlations of phenolics, flavonoids, flavonols, and ascorbic acid contents are reported.
