The Research and Application of Office Automation Notice Analysis Expert System

Abstract

The office automation notice system and some management problems in practical application were studied and analyzed in this paper. Combined with the requirement of implementing management promotion activities to strengthen the lean management, the contents which have to be manipulated and index system of inference rules of the notice were set up. Simulating the approach and process of analyzing the notice used by the domain management experts, the notice analysis expert system was proposed and designed. The extraction process and expression method of the expert knowledge (including the rules) was researched. The implementation mechanism of some main function modules of the notice analysis expert system such as inference engine, knowledge acquisition was analyzed and the statistical induction reasoning model of the new knowledge learning and acquiring was established. The expert system was realized by using LotusScript finally. It has been proved that the design scheme of the system is feasible and that the reasoning mechanism is effective and rational.
