Abstract
The first part of this chapter deals with the discourse events typically used during the meetings of the administrative interdisciplinary team. Eight typical administrative event discourses are presented and analyzed in this chapter. The second part of the chapter presents what can be learned from these discourse events: It reveals that in the administrative team responsible for running a school, there are simultaneously overt and covert processes.
