Abstract

Islanding phenomenon of Photovoltaic (PV) system should be prevented because it causes a safety problem to utility service personnel and power supply facilities. Until now, various anti-islanding methods have been proposed. However, these are mostly focus on the islanding prevention method for single PV system. Most of them are focusing on the anti-islanding performance of single PV system according to the related international and domestic standard test procedures. A few studies on the islanding phenomenon for multiple photovoltaic operations in parallel were made. This paper presents performance analysis of anti-islanding functions for multiple grid-connected PV systems by using commercial products.
