Abstract
This paper positions Thought Leadership in e-Governance, e-Infrastructure, and e-Business in Africa, in the context of Social Innovation. It discusses the various perspectives on Thought Leadership, the components of Thought Leadership, its relevance in Africa and its targets. Further, the paper expands on the issues of vision, values and context.
