Abstract
A 78-year-old woman underwent a left cruciate retaining mobile bearing (Balansys®, Mathys, Bettlach, Switzerland) total knee replacement (TKR) due to end-stage osteoarthritis. After TKR, the patient complained about activity-related anterior and subpatellar knee pain.
