Abstract
Careful analysis of the history of the patient is the first step for the guidance of optimal management of patients with problems after TKR. The characteristics of pain should also be meticulously evaluated and noted. Reliable information on clinical and functional outcome can finally be provided by a step-by-step physical examination.
