Abstract

We study the superlattice minibands of the well-aligned bilayer-raphene/hexagonal-boronnitride heterostructure. In contrast to the monolayer-graphene/hexagonal-boron-nitride heterostructure, these are affected by the interlayer asymmetry of BLG-hBN heterostructure and trigonal warping.
