Abstract
Voice disorders have experienced significant growth in recent years mainly due to unhealthy social habits and voice abuse, and therefore, there is an increased interest in their early diagnosis. Acoustic analysis can be helpful in diagnosing these diseases, being a noninvasive tool and providing an objective diagnosis. In this paper we suggest the use of TESPAR analysis for detection of voice with disorders. Our experiments shows that TESPAR A-matrix can be used to discriminate between normal and pathological voices.
