In this chapter, we present a case of treatment-resistant cluster headache. The differential diagnosis of this case will be discussed along with recommended studies for its diagnostic workup. Further, we briefly review the epidemiology of chronic and treatment-resistant cluster headache, the acute and abortive therapeutic options, as well as invasive procedures used to treat resistant cluster headache.
