Abstract
The 9th international workshop on Semantic Web Enabled Software Engineering (SWESE) has been hold in conjunction with the 11th International Conference on Service Oriented Computing (ICSOC 2013) in Berlin, Germany. This workshop builds on prior events and have begun to explore and evaluate the potential of SemanticWeb technologies in software, system and service engineering. Semantic Web technologies provide understandablemodeling formalisms and tractable reasoning services with widely established tool support. In this workshop series, we are interested in applying Semantic Web technologies to support, improve and ease both the process and product of software and service development.
