Abstract
This chapter presents the construction of combined directional wavelet filter banks (CDWFB) by the combination of directional wavelet filter bank (DWFB) and rotated directional wavelet filter banks. The iris image feature extraction algorithm based on CDWFB and post-classifier have been discussed in this chapter.
