Abstract

Oral communication is an efficient and quick way to communicate with our peers. Communication allows the establishment of affective ties, argument of points of view, and conveyance of ideas. In turn, those ideas might influence, conquer, inform, and persuade people. By communicating with other people in their field, professionals exchange experiences, disseminate the results of their research, and might elicit changes of opinion and consequently also of behavior.
