Abstract
During the past years wind power plants projects have become very important all over the world. Considering the height of the superstructure and the technological conditions which impose limit displacements and settlements, one of the most important verification for those foundations is at serviceability limit state. The value of the displacements must be calculated for dynamic loads, especially wind charge. The article present the particularities of the wind power plants foundations design, but also considerations about the reinforcement and the concrete used for the foundation.
