Abstract
This is a 41-year-old male who presents with a left lateral neck mass. Biopsy shows metastatic non-small cell carcinoma. CT scan of the neck and nasopharynx shows an enlarged left lower internal jugular chain node and soft tissue fullness in the left pyriform.
