Abstract

A phenomenon of gelatinous meteors, so-called “star jelly,” Pwdre Ser, is under analysis. Objects appear during rains and storms in different places on the Earth; they have a complex, irregular form of jelly-like formations or “pancakes” of grey, blue-yellow, or red-orange color. Observation data about these natural objects are presented. Hypotheses of their origination connected with the bacteria blue-green Algae and Pseudomonas in cloud structures are considered.
