Abstract
The authors focus on the treatment of pectoral hypoplasia. There is a discussion of the basic anatomy of the region, the preoperative marking of the patient, and the operative procedure. Postoperative care and potential postoperative complications are described. The observed complications are described and the management of those complications is discussed. Special attention is made in the treatment of rhabdomyolysis and pulmonary complications associated with the procedure.
