Abstract

It is pointed out that the conceptual structure of Quantum Physics already implies irreversibility arising from the bipartition of temporal evolution into the “Quantum State” on the one hand and real events (e.g. observation results) on the other, connected by probability assignments with intrinsic indeterminacy.
