Abstract

In September 2009 there was a trial in Oslo District Court in which 11 Violence is used to set examples. This is because violence is strongly communicative, painful, spectacular, and fear-inspiring.Violence enter the system as a disciplinary factor to keep transactions going and substitutes insufficient trustworthiness.
