Abstract
We regard a 34-year-old female patient, BMI 45 kg/m2, with a history of hypertension and dyslipidemia, and scheduled for a laparoscopic gastric bypass. Twenty-four hours following the operation, the patient developed hematemesis, tachycardia, mild hypotension and a low hemoglobin.
