Abstract

The issues related to the jurisdiction of the Court are highly relevant as for the first time the Court developed a specific reasoning in order to recognise its jurisdiction to interpret on the one hand international agreements concluded exclusively by Member States and, on the other, its jurisdiction concerning the examination of the simplified revision procedure.
