Abstract

In the previous chapters and examples, we have presented either pure timed data flow (TDF) or electrical linear networks (ELN) and TDF or linear signal flow (LSF) and TDF combinations. Such combinations are facilitated by SystemC-AMS’s [1] built-in converter ports that allow data to flow back and forth between ELN, LSF, and TDF modules, without the designer having to create any custom SystemC-AMS code to achieve the same. A few real-world examples that combine all three formalisms are examined here.
