Abstract
It is known that nonlinear processes with distributed parameters present a great diversity and complexity, both phenomenologically and under the aspect of mathematical formalism [33–70]. The present chapter refers to a main approach, to those categories of nonlinear processes with distributed parameters for which mathematical formalism can be exemplified through PDE of the type ( 4.1, …,4.8). Within this frame, besides the constant coefficients (a …), there needs to exist at least one non-constant coefficient like a…(t, p), a…(t, p, q) or a(t, p, q, r). The continuity conditions remain of course valid in the Cauchy sense, for a (…) as well as for the right member φ (…).
