Abstract
The A, B, C and D zones, with different propagation parameters, from Fig. 13.1, are considered as passed through from the input signal u s0(t) to the output signal y 00(t, s). These signals can be effects of the different energy forms, for example: temperatures, radiations, flows, levels, chemical reaction rates. Every zone is considered homogenous, but at the separation limit between them, the propagation parameters are being discontinuously modified.
